Meanwhile, the Board of Experts of the Indonesian Society of Health Experts or called IAKMI, Hermawan Saputra stated, the high number of new cases of Covid-19 in Jakarta was partly due to a number of easing during the transition to large-scale social restrictions (PSBB).
According to Hermawan, the PSBB policy in Jakarta should not be relaxed. A number of easing it actually makes the whole sector appear to be back to normal without limits.
This has an impact on the increased risk of SARS-CoV-2 transmission.
Easing during the transition period, continued Hermawan, caused the control of the application of undisciplined health protocols to be loosen up. (*)
