TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Traffic of people through Batam's Hang Nadim Airport shows a change.
Towards the Eid al-Adha, there was an increase in the number of passengers, both arrival and departure, which was over 4,000 people.
But now it's back to around 3000 people per day.
This is very far from the normal figure before Covid-19 Pandemic, where the average departure and arrival rate were above 7,000 people per day, respectively.
Data received from Director of Batam Hang Nadim Airport Business Entity and BP Batam Information Technology, Suwarso for a week from 2 August 2020 to 9 August 2020.
For arrivals, at Batam's Hang Nadim Airport there are 180 flights carrying 22,978 people.
