UPDATE September 26 : There are 61,628 Active Cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia

TRIBUNBATAM.id -  Positive cases of the coronavirus or Covid-19 in Indonesia have reached 271,339 people, on Saturday (26/9/2020).

This number was obtained after an addition of 4,494 cases in the last 24 hours.

Of this total, there are 61,628 active cases or 22.7 percent of those confirmed positive based on data from the Covid-19 Handling Task Force, Saturday afternoon. 

Active cases are patients who have tested positive for Covid-19 and are currently undergoing treatment.

The government also noted an additional 3,207 patients who had recovered.

Thus, the total number of patients recovered from Covid-19 was 199,403 people. 

In addition, there are an additional 90 patients who died after previously tested positive for the coronavirus, so that the number of patients who have died due to Covid-19 is currently 10,308 people. (*)
