Keep Supporting Papua to Be Part of NKRI, Batam Students Hold 'Papua Love Action'

TRIBUNBATAM.id - A number of students held a demonstration in front of Batam City Regional House of Representatives or DPRD office, Wednesday (04/09/2019).

This demonstration as a form of Batam student solidarity action, to support Papua keeps be a part of the Unitary State of Republic Indonesia (NKRI).

They arrived at around 9.30 WIB. Each of them carried the Red and White flag. While tying his head using a red and white ribbon.

"The legislators we choose love Papuans. We ask our representatives to sign a petition that citizens of Batam love Papua. And there is no discrimination," said one of the speakers using a loudspeaker.
