TRIBUNBATAM.id - Tourism is one sector that is considered in the realm of national development.

Tourism sector can be believed to be one of the sectors in increasing country's foreign exchange.

He admitted that Riau Islands is one of provinces with very influential tourism sector in Indonesia.

Plus its geographical location is very strategic because it borders directly with neighboring countries namely Malaysia and Singapore.

"Many tourists also like to travel in this Obeng tea city," said the woman who likes to travel.

Moreover, Batam is being formed as a tourism city.

"In my opinion, Batam City has a very important role in the tourism sector at Riau Islands and Indonesia," he said.

He added, Batam is also one of the shopping cities. Many tourists or local tourists use Batam as a shopping city.
