TODAY, Thursday (6/11) Pegadaian Back in Gold Auction at Grand Batam Mall

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Batam Area Pawnshop or Pegadaian held a gold auction that was held for two days starting from Wednesday (11/5/2019) to Thursday (6/11/2019).

PT Pegadaian Persero Area Batam Sales Division, Baim Kasim, said this time Pegadaian held a Gold Auction Bazaar at Grand Batam Mall.

"This activity is routinely held every month at shopping center, namely on the first and second week on Wednesday and Friday," he said, Wednesday (11/05/2019).

Baim said, this gold auction bazaar was an annual Pegadaian agenda to facilitate the community in owning gold.

Pegadaian provides gold from a total of 6 Pegadaian branch offices in Batam.

This event is very much in demand by Batam citizen, especially among mothers.

"Beside that, we also aim to public should not be tempted by the gold auction on social media in the name of Pegadaian. So we are here to educate the community too, "he concluded.

Various types of gold jewelry are auctioned from rings, bracelets, necklaces, to earrings.

Everything can be found at the gold auction bazaar which starts operating from 10:00 WIB until 15:30 WIB.

Baim explained, for the purchase of gold that was auctioned, people could make payments in cash and also installments.

However, cash payments only apply to people who buy gold under IDR 1 million.

"For installments, you can use a regular mortgage or mortgage with variety of time periods. It can be paid in installments at any Pegadaian branch office, "he said.

Baim said, the advantages gained when buying gold at Pegadaian's bazaar auction activities in addition to very practical method of payment, the quality of the gold was guaranteed.
