TRIBUNBATAM.id, TANJUNGPINANG - Starting Saturday (25/04/2020) yesterday, PT Angkasa Pura II Raja Haji Fisabillah Airport (RHF) Tanjungpinang closed all commercial flights.

This is in accordance with Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 25 of 2020 concerning Transportation Control during Eid Al-Fitr 1441 H Mud Season in the context of Preventing Covid-19.

The suspension of aircraft operations from April 24 to June 1 2020 will come.

"All destinations and arrivals at RHF Airport are all canceled from 24 April to 1 June 2020. This regulation applies throughout Indonesia," said RHF Tanjungpinang Airport Executive General Manager Bravian Bambang, Sunday (04/26/2020).

Meanwhile, PT Angkasa Pura II continues to serve cargo flights and a number of special flights.

PT Angkasa Pura II currently manages 19 airports namely Soekarno-Hatta (Tangerang), Halim Perdanakusuma (Jakarta), Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II (Palembang), Kualanamu (Deli Serdang), Sultan Syarif Kasim II (Pekanbaru), Silangit (North Tapanuli) .

Then, Raja Haji Fisabilillah (Tanjungpinang), Supadio (Pontianak), Banyuwangi, Radin Inten II (Lampung), Husein Sastranegara (Bandung), Depati Amir (Pangkalpinang), Sultan Thaha (Jambi), HAS Hanandjoeddin (Belitung), Tjilik Riwut (Palangkaraya) and Kertajati (Majalengka), Fatmawati Soekarno (Bengkulu), Sultan Iskandar Muda (Aceh) and Minangkabau (Padang).

PT Angkasa Pura II VP of Corporate Communication Yado Yarismano said, the company has 4 operational pattern options that can be adjusted according to existing conditions.

1. Aviation Leaders of high institutions of Republic of Indonesia and guests / representatives
statehood and representatives of international organizations

2. Special flight repatriation operations (repatriation flights)
repatriation of Indonesian citizens and foreigners

3. Operational law enforcement, order and emergency services

4. Cargo Transport Operations (important and essential cargo). The plane
passenger configuration can be used to transport cargo inside the passenger cabin (passenger / cabin compartement) specifically for the transport of medical, health, and sanitation and food needs
