So that the community is considered feasible to start property investment

"During a pandemic like today, there are actually special treatments. For example, with a certain DP, consumers can directly occupy the house," said Liong Subur at the Orchard Park Marketing Gallery.

Not only that, during a pandemic, developers tend to offer special promos.

"During a pandemic, developers tend to compete to give discounts. One of them is in Orchard Park, one of the Clusters that we have, we sell 3.7 billion of the normal price, but currently, it is only sold at 2.5 billion.
