"One side of productivity continues to run and the health of workers can be maintained," said Isdianto while reviewing some companies in Panbil Industrial Area, Batam, Friday (06/19/2020).
In Batam, Isdianto and some related officials visited PT Amtek Enginering in Cammo Industrial Estate Batam Center area.
Then the group moved to PT Schanider in Batamindo Industrial area, and finally to PT TDK Electronics Indonesia in Panbil.
Isdianto explained, the company he visited had no problems and was very ready to implement the new rules as a form of support for government in New Normal phase.

In fact, the company claims to be safer because the health of workers is more secure, and that is what employers maintain, "he added.

Isdianto's visit to Batam was accompanied by Chairman of DPRD Riau Islands Jumaga Nadeak, Riau Islands Police Chief Irjend Pol Aris Budiman, Mayor of Batam Muhammad Rudi, and Task Force for Covid-19 Handling in Riau Islands and Batam.
"Everything we asked earlier went on and followed the rules.

Isdianto assessed Batam's policy of not implementing Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) is able to keep the industry running.
