TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Batam city is still in the orange position for the spread of Corona virus outbreak.
Head of Sagulung sub-district, asked residents to be aware of Corona virus spread, ahead of independence day for Republic of Indonesia, August 17, 2020.
Corona virus outbreak to date still haunts resident of Batam, while every year they always carry out event to enliven the independence day.
"For August 17th, I have not dared to comment, because we are in Sagulung area.
Batam City in general is still in the Orange zone," said Head of Sagulung Sub-District, Reza Khadafi, Friday (7/8/2020).
Reza said he would also coordinate with the police in Sagulung area and Task Force Team, welcoming August 17th.
"So we will see first, we have not dared to comment, we are worried about this Corona virus outbreak," said Reza.
He also appealed to the public to always adhere to health protocols.
