Agus emphasized that people who are active in the market must not forget the most important factor at this time, namely health. Efforts to maintain health should not be neglected, especially during a pandemic like now.
"Always use a mask, keep a safe distance, and prepare hand sanitizers. Avoid touching the face and avoid shaking hands. If you don't feel well, stay at home or go to the hospital immediately, ”said Agus.
To increase the awareness of the community and traders in the market, Agus handed over assistance in the form of 5,000 mask packages, personal protective equipment (PPE) to 550 traders and shopping bags for buyers at Pasar Atas Baru, Cimahi City, West Java.
The assistance provided is a form of the Ministry of Trade's concern for small traders in order to maintain their health, so that they can continue to sell in line with economic recovery efforts.
“I distribute these masks so that traders and visitors are safe while shopping. Here I saw firsthand all the traders, managers and visitors wearing masks. "Hopefully it will be followed by all other markets," he said. (*)
