TRIBUNBATAM.id, ANAMBAS - The passport-making service during Covid-19 pandemic in Anambas Islands Regency seemed empty of visitors.
Seen in the waiting room of the TPI Class II Immigration Office in Tarempa, none of the residents were applying for a passport.
Even though the passport service has been reopened, passports in Anambas Islands Regency have not increased.
Head of Traffic Section and Class II Immigration Stay Permit of TPI, Herry, said that sometimes there are no residents who apply for a passport.
"On average, there are only three people a week, sometimes even one day isn't there," Herry told TRIBUNBATAM.id, Friday (14/8/2020).
During July alone, only 20 or more made passports at TPI Immigration Class II in Tarempa.

Meanwhile, people who want to make a passport must meet the following requirements:
a. E-KTP, photocopy and original
b. KK, photocopy and original
c. Birth certificate / marriage book / certificate / baptism certificate, photocopy and original
d. Old passport (for replacement) photocopy and original.
