TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Good news, seven positive Covid-19 patients in Tanjungpinang were declared cured or completed isolation.
This is known from the data on the development of Covid-19 in Tanjungpinang, Monday (19/10/2020) yesterday.
"We convey an additional 7 cases of Covid-19 that have finished isolation (recovered) in Tanjungpinang City," said Mayor of Tanjungpinang Rahma, Tuesday (20/10/2020).
That way, he continued, to date the total number of Covid-19 patients in Tanjungpinang who have been declared completed isolation (cured) is 295 people.
"Of the 7 patients who were declared cured, 2 were male and 5 female," he said again.
The patient is declared to have finished isolation (recovered) and can carry out daily activities, both at home and outside the home.
"However, the protocol for preventing the transmission of Covid-19 must still be implemented with discipline, such as wearing a mask properly, always maintaining a distance of more than 1 meter and washing hands frequently with soap (if there is no water you can use a hand sanitizer)," said Rahma.

In addition to recovering patients, there was an additional new positive case of Corona in Tanjungpinang, last Monday.
Patient confirmed with Covid-19 number 334 with the initials Ar (55) is male.
"The City Health Office routinely carries out tracing (tracing) on people who are in close contact with confirmation patients, and if they meet the criteria for close contact, it is followed by taking nose and throat swabs," he explained. (TribunBatam.id/Endra Kaputra)
