Wanna go Home for Christmas and New Year by Sea? Here are the Five Pelni Ship Routes

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Prospective passengers of Pelni ship are no longer required to bring a rapid test letter when buying a ticket. Especially if you depart from Batam.
This agreement was reached during a Hearing Meeting (RDP) between Pelni Batam management and Batam DPRD members, last Wednesday (16/12/2020).
The Head of Pelni Secretariat, Yahya Kuncoro also confirmed this. He said the rapid test letter was only shown when prospective passengers checked in at the port.

Regarding the peak of Christmas and New Year celebrations, Yahya said, Pelni will also provide several additional services for passengers.
There are five ships that will be used as pilot projects for additional services. The five include KM Sinabung, KM Kelud, KM Labobar, KM Gunung Dempo, and KM Lawit.
For information, the following are the routes of the Pelni ships with additional services:
1. KM Sinabung ship
Route: Surabaya - Makassar - Bau-bau - Banggai - Bitung - Ternate - Bacan - Sorong - Manokwari - Biak - Jayapura - Biak - Manokwari - Sorong - Bacan - Ternate - Bitung - Banggai - Bau-bau - Makassar - Surabaya,
2. KM Kelud ship
Route: Tg. Priok - Batam - Tg. Balai Karimun - Belawan - Batam - Belawan - Batam - Belawan - Tg. Balai Karimun - Batam - Tg. Priok,

3. KM Labobar ship
