From the data that the Covid-19 Handling Task Force shared with journalists on Sunday afternoon, there were 9,640 new cases in the last 24 hours.
With this addition, the accumulated positive cases of Covid-19 will be 828,026 people, starting from the announcement of the first patient on March 2, 2020.

This data can be accessed by the public via the Covid19.go.id with updates appearing every afternoon.
Of the total cases, the government noted, a total of 681,024 patients have recovered since the beginning of the pandemic.
7,513 patients recovered when compared to data on Saturday, (9/1/2021).
They were declared recovered based on laboratory tests using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. (*)
