Earthquake with a Magnitude of 5.6 Shook Sukabumi, West Java

TRIBUNBATAM.id - An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 shook Sukabumi, West Java, Tuesday (4/27/2021).

The earthquake was centered at 103 km southeast of Sukabumi Regency with a depth of 14 km.

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Department (BMKG) on its official website, bmkg.go.id, said that the earthquake had no potential for a tsunami.

However, BMKG advised residents to be careful of possible aftershocks. (*)
