Friday Night, Aceh Rocked by 5.2 Magnitude Earthquake

TRIBUNBATAM.id, ACEH - 5.2 magnitude earthquake rocked Aceh, 326 kilometers northwest of Sabang, on Friday (9/24/2021), 10:04 pm.
Quoted from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Department (BMKG), Saturday (9/25/2021), the epicenter of the earthquake was in the sea with a depth of 64 kilometers.
The coordinates of the earthquake are 8.67 latitude-94.35 east longitude.
BMKG confirmed that the earthquake didn't have tsunami potential.
Apart from Aceh, the earthquake also occurred in Mamasa, West Sulawesi, on Friday night, 10.39 pm.

The epicenter of the 4.0 magnitude earthquake was on land, 8 kilometers southeast of Mamasa, with a depth of 5 kilometers.
The earthquake also spread to Mamuju with a strength of II-III MMI which was classified as a light shock.
