TRIBUNBATAM.id - Buser Macan Polresta Barelang Team arrested two sadistic snatchers in Batam, Saturday (08/24/2019).
Two sadistic snatchers that Buser Macan Polresta Barelang Team arresting is Ongki Alexaander (22) and RNA (15).
In their action, both of them hurt the victim by hitted with beam wood.
The head of of Batam police department, Kapolresta Barelang AKBP Prasetyo Rachmat Purboyo in an exposure at the Barelang Police on Saturday (08/24/2019) afternoon, said the two arrested were taken in different places.
"They were arrested in a separate place. Initially we secured Ongki, who at that time was hanging out in the Sagulung area," said Prasetyo.

The case of this snatch is the first catch or exposure of AKBP Police Chief Prasetyo Rachmat Purboyo.
AKBP Prasetyo Rachmat Purboyo was just appointed as Barelang Police Chief replaced Hengki Commissioner.
After arrested Ongki, the police continue to hunt the existance of RNA, the other suspect who still underage.
" Second suspect get arrested in Batuaji area, not far from the first suspect that get arrested area "he said.
Ongki have to get shoot because he decided to resist when the police try to reach him.
Meanwhile, Yulia is the victim in this tragedy still at the hospital to get intensive handling.
Yulia's head leaked because get hit by the beam wood in that theft tragedy.
Beside arrest the suspect, police also secure some of evidence.
Among the evidence are the handphone of the victim that have been taken, Yamaha Vega R motorcycle that suspect use in this action and the last, the suspect shirt when they have to testify.
In the meantime, Ongki that get shoot on the both legs claim to be sorry for his behavior.
From his side, this is the first time he committing theft because he has no money.
" For all this time i've worked in shipyard. But now already stop, because there's no money. That's why i did this " said Ongki.
Ongki and her friends theft is in sadistic category.
In their actions, RNA have a duty to be the jockey or the person who drive the motorcycle.
Meanwhile Ongki's duty is force to pull the victim's bag
Beside that, Ongki hit victim's head with beam wood so the victim fell down and he can do his action to theft.
After get checked for hours in Polresta Barelang or police station in Barelang, in this case he get arrested to Batuaji police station to the next investigation.
Before that, 2 robber have the action in Batuaji and get arrested by Buser Macan Barelang team.
This arrested in Batuajii happen on Saturday (24/8/2019) at the predawn.
The both of suspect get secure in Polresta Barelang.
For the information, both of the suspect named Ongki Alexander Sirait (22) and RNA who is still undrage(15).
The snacth lead by head of unit in Kanit Buser Polresta Barelang Ipda Hendar Giri and little bit dramatic.
The suspect got a chance to against the police, but can get arrested back after Buser team shoot suspect's legs.
Meanwhile, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Barelang AKP Andri Kurniawan justify this tragedy.
