TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - The ship sailing to Buton, Siak Regency, Riau Province, is back in operation from Sekupang Domestic Port, Batam City, Riau Islands Province.
There are three ships scheduled to sail this week with one ship agent.
Sailing on this route, previously had a temporary halt due to the lack of passengers.
Public Relations of Batam City Port Authority and Harbormaster Office (KSOP), Aina Solmidas when contacted on Wednesday (7/10/2020) confirmed this.
"We are now sailing again, three times in a week. It's just being served by one ship agent, the Dumai Express Group/Dumai Line," said Aina.
She revealed that this schedule includes Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
The departure time in the morning is 07.00 WIB.

The same thing applies from Buton to Sekupang Domestic Port. The schedule is the same, namely every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 12.00 WIB.
For departing passengers, said Aina, they must show the results of the repid test with non-reactive Covid-19 results.
Aina also appealed to every passenger at the port to obey health protocols.
"We urge all visitors at the port to apply health protocols, wear masks, and social distancing.
Likewise with passengers on board," she concluded.
