"Actually it was sticky on the asphalt. So long, the pebbles clotted in the middle of the road," Taras said.
Another citizens, Bismar, said that due the small pebbles exists, there were several accidents.
Especially the moms or old woman who ride two-wheeled vehicles.
"Two days ago there was an accident here. Luckily there was no car from the back. Old woman fell cause this gravel," Bismar said.
Based on that citizens, cause of gravel exists is some car who past and carrying construction materials.
