Back Stealing Motorcycle, Aditya Arrested By Lubuk Baja Police Batam

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Just two weeks breathe the freedom, Aditya (24) a Motorcycle theft resistance (Curanmor) is back in a prodeo-hotel. 

Aditya was arrested by members of Polsek Lubuk Baja, Batam. 

Kapolsek Lubuk Baja, Kompol Yunita Stevani, Friday (13/09/2019), said Aditya been secured in the case of Curanmor in one of the motorcycle parking land in Tanjunguma.

Yunita explained the chronological began on Wednesday (4/9/2019) at 23:00 WIB when Aditya left the house and he walk around towards the parking land. 

When he looking at the motorcycle he directly take the T key, after he succeed, then the motor was brought to his boarding house, while his motorcycle was parked not so far from the location he stole the motorcycle. 

To his actions, Aditya was charged under the Article 361 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 7 years imprisonment. (Tribunbatam.id/beres Lumbantobing)
