TRIBUNBATAM.id - Harbour Bay Mall will stop to operate, start from March 1, 2020.
Harbour Bay Mall manager, David said the decision was taken because it wanted to open a new business.
"Yes, It's really want to close temporarily," he said.
Based on TRIBUNBATAM.id's monitoring, Monday (2/24/2020) morning, the first to third floor of the mall was quiet.
Only the ground floor of Gogo Supermarket still open.
All sellers including Samsat Corner, there are also closed.

Riawan Sandi, one of business owners there, said that two months ago the management was notified.
"We were forced to move and find another place. Yes it was quiet. My employees have 15 people and want them to stay home temporarily. Because there was no income," he said.
Riawan said, indeed the last few months only some of buyers could be seen.

He also said, even operations were not covered by revenue.
"Even our personal money pays employee salaries," he said.
It is estimated, around 200 employees working in various business fields at the mall were laid off.
