Contact with the Mayor of Tanjungpinang, Rapid Test Results of the 6 Journalists: Non-Reactive

TRIBUNBATAM.id - The total of six journalists who had the last contact with the Mayor of Tanjungpinang, Syahrul underwent a rapid test on Wednesday (4/15/2020).

From these results, all showed non-reactive results. 

This was conveyed by one of the journalists, Ihsan to Tribunbatam.id. 

He said, initially, the medical officer asked in advance the complaints that were felt. 

But there is one journalist in Tanjungpinang with initial IL who is still being treated at Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital.

The reporter was isolated because he experienced symptoms from Covid-19.

Ihsan and other colleagues are also still waiting for the results of IL's swab test.

The results of this swab test are to find out whether IL is exposed to Covid-19 or not. 

Previously reported, the Mayor of Tanjungpinang, Syahrul was confirmed positive for Covid-19.

This announcement was made by the Spokesman for the Acceleration of Covid-19 Handling at the Riau Islands, Tjetjep Yudiana, Monday (4/13/2020).

Besides Syahrul, there were three other Riau Islands citizens who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 on the same day.

They are one in Tanjungpinang, and two in Batam.
