Had 5 Days Fever, a 2-Year Old Toddler Who Positive of Covid-19 in Batam Died
A 2-year-old toddler with the initial VS, female citizen of Sagulung Batam died after undergoing treatment due to Covid-19. Here are the chronologies.
TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - A 2-year-old toddler with the initial VS, female citizen of Tembesi, Sagulung, Batam died after undergoing treatment due to Covid-19 infection, Sunday (05/17/2020).
VS is currently listed as case number 77 in Batam.
From the release submitted by Covid-19 Task Force Team of Batam City, the toddler was taken for treatment by his parents to the Emergency Room at Embung Fatimah Hospital in Batam with no response or no crying condition since morning, Friday (05/15/2020) around 14.30 WIB.
According to his parents, VS had experienced a fever five days earlier accompanied by liquid and slimy bowel movements and found a lump under his neck.
Furthermore, treatment is carried out in the children's ward with a previous examination carried out
RDT with "Non-Reactive" results.
Then on May 16, 2020 a throat swab was examined, the results of which were discovered on Tuesday (5/19/2020) with a positive "confirmed".
While undergoing treatment, VS's condition worsened on Sunday, May 17, 2020 since 13.30 WIB.
And to overcome this condition, doctors have tried to take maximum relief measures.
