TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - In general, Saturday (4/7/2020) weather conditions are forecast to be cloudy and there is potential for local rainfall with light to moderate intensity.

That was caused by the high level of humidity in the upper layer of Riau Islands ( Kepri) supporting the formation of rain clouds.

BMKG Batam forecaster on duty, Addini also conveyed an appeal to sea transportation and marine activities to be on guard against high waves.

"Especially Lingga waters," he said, Friday (3/7).

In the weather forecast it shows cloudy and local rain.

The temperature also ranges from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius, with wind speeds of 5-30 kilometers per hour.

"The air humidity ranges from 65 to 95 percent," he said again.

For high wave potential, Batam waters are predicted to reach 1 meter.

Bintan and Pinang waters 1.2 meters, Karimun waters 1 meter, Lingga waters 1.3 meters, Natuna waters 1 meter, and Anambas waters 1.1 meters. (Tribunbatam.id/endrakaputra)
