Towards the end of the concession on 14th November 2020, the polemic of transferring rights and assets to water management in Batam has surfaced.

ATB PIPE TRANSFER - The process of removing ATB pipes from WTP Duriangkang, Batam City, Riau Islands Province.
The assets are in the form of large pipes in the two Water Treatment Plans ( WTP), Duriangkang and Tanjungpiayu, and another vital tool called Pegasus.
Pegasus itself is known to have a function as a control over water distribution.
