PR of Batam Awal Bros Hospital, Cyntia, when interviewed by Tribunbatam.id, confirmed the matter of the Swab test rate.
Cyntia said that the samples taken by her party would later be sent to the Awal Bros Hospital Laboratory in Pekanbaru.
"For now, it is Rp. 1.6 million, because we still send the samples outside Batam," she explained.
She continued, the PCR price at the Awal Bros Hospital in Batam will follow a circular from the government, if in the near future the sample test site at the hospital can be used.
According to Cyntia, currently, if there is a Batam Covid-19 Task Force referral patient, the sample will be sent to BTKL-PP Batam. However, for an independent swab test, it will be checked in Pekanbaru.
She said, it is likely that next week her party will already have its own PCR tool to carry out the swab test.
