TRIBUNBATAM.id, TANJUNGPINANG - Covid-19 case in Tanjungpinang has risen again. Whereas previously, there were two patients who recovered from this Corona virus.

This new case consists of 20 men and 27 women, "said the Mayor of Tanjungpinang, Rahma, Tuesday (27/10/2020).

Tanjungpinang City Health Office carries out tracing on ​​people who are in close contact with patients and other places of activity.

"If it meets the criteria for close contact, then it is followed by taking a nose and throat swab," he said again.

Rahma appealed and invited all people to always apply health protocols during the adaptation period for new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, the Covid-19 case in Riau Islands continues to increase. Today (27/10) Riau Islands recorded an increase in cases of 108 people.

Where 41 of them are residents of Batam city, 47 residents of Tanjungpinang city, 2 of whom are declared dead.

20 people are residents of Karimun district, 1 of them has died.

This can be seen from the updated data, on (27/10), where the total cases of Positive Covid-19 Confirmation reached 3,534 people.
