Water Management by PT Moya Indonesia Receives Positive Response from Batam Residents

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Clean water in Batam has been officially managed by PT Moya Indonesia since November 15, 2020.

Various positive responses came from the people of Batam city.

Muhammad Ridwan, a resident of Taman Sari, Tiban, expressed his satisfaction with the water management by PT. Moya. 

The same thing was conveyed by Pangi Simanjuntak, a Batam resident who lives in Putri Hijau area, Batu Aji.

Pangi admits that he is following the development of water management in Batam, and he is not worried about water management which is handled by a company with a good name and reputation like PT Moya. 

Regarding customer service provided by PT Moya, a Batam Center resident, Cindi Wastika also gave positive testimony when he visited the water service office in the Batam Center Square Ruko Komplek area.

"The service is professional, the explanation given is quite easy to understand regarding how to pay the water bill. If there are any problems, we can call the 24-hour hotline," said Cindy. (*)
