UPDATE February 27: 1.329.074 Covid-19 Cases in Indonesia, Add 6.208 New Cases

TRIBUNBATAM.id - The government shows that the transmission of the coronavirus to this day, Saturday (27/2/2021), is still happening in the community.

This can be seen from the increasing number of Covid-19 cases, based on data til Saturday at 12.00 WIB.

Government data shows that there were 6,208 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours. 

This addition causes the number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia currently reach 1,329,074 people, starting from the announcement of the first patient on March 2, 2020. 

Even though the number of cases continues to grow, hope arises with the increasing number of Covid-19 patients who are recovering.

Within a day, it was known that there were an additional 7,382 Covid-19 patients who had recovered and were considered no longer infected with the coronavirus.

They were declared recovered based on examination with the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method which showed negative results for the coronavirus.

Thus, the total number of Covid-19 patients who have recovered now reached 1,136,054 people since the beginning of the pandemic. (*)
