Covid-19 Update in Batam, Thursday, March 11, 2021, Positive Patients Add 2 People

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM -  Covid-19 cases in Batam City, on Thursday (3/11/2021), increased by 2 cases. The two new cases are symptomatic confirmatory cases. 

The increase in new cases brought the cumulative number of Covid-19 cases in Batam to 5,953 cases. 

Of these, 5,725 patients have recovered, 152 have died, and 76 are being treated. 

Most patients were treated at the Galang Covid-19 Hospital with 46 patients, and Awal Bros Hospital with 14 patients.  

While Harapan Bunda Hospital accommodates 3 patients, Bhayangkara Hospital 3 patients, Graha Hermine Hospital 3 patients, Elisabeth Lubuk Baja Hospital 2 patients, Budi Kemuliaan Hospital 1 patient, and Batam RSBP 4 cases.

With the addition of these new cases, Batam Kota Subdistrict is still in a red zone with 27 cases under treatment. 

Then Sekupang District also turned into an orange zone with 14 cases.

Meanwhile, other sub-districts in mainland have a yellow zone, such as Batu Ampar District with 3 cases, Bengkong District 3 cases, Nongsa District 2 cases, Sei Beduk District 1 case, Sagulung District 5 cases and Batuaji District 6 cases.

Meanwhile, three sub-districts in hinterland, namely Belakangpadang, Bulang and Galang, are still in green zones without any Covid-19 cases.
