Covid-19 Update September 4, 2021: Active Cases Decrease in 3 Consecutive Days to 160,699

Active cases of Covid-19 fell for the third day in a row. Currently, the number has become 160,699, after reducing 7,618 cases on Saturday, (9/4/2021)

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Active cases of Covid-19 fell for the third day in a row.

Currently, the number has become 160,699, after reducing 7,618 cases on Saturday, (9/4/2021). 

While the positive confirmation of Covid-19 increased by 6,727.

The total number of positive cases of the coronavirus in Indonesia has now reached 4,123,617 since it was first announced by President Joko Widodo in early March 2020. 

Based on data from the Covid-19 Task Force, of the total positive cases, 3,827,449 of them have recovered. 

The number of recovered patients increased by 13,806 from the previous day.

Patients who died after being infected with the coronavirus increased by 539 from the previous day, bringing the number to 135,469 people.

Meanwhile, the number of specimens examined was 210,431. 

Until now, Covid-19 cases are still increasing in Indonesia.

Cases had experienced a spike for several weeks, now the decline has occurred significantly, including patients who died.
