TRIBUNBATAM.id - Another investor interested to investing in Batam.
This time Singapore based company, Koh Brothers Group Limited, which plans to build a precast concrete factory in Batam.
Managing Director of Koh Brothers Group Limited Francis Koh said, he was interested in investing on Indonesia, seeing investment rating in Indonesia which was getting better as well as Batam's strategic position.

"President Jokowi has also agreed Batam become one of the priority investment locations in Indonesia," Francis Koh said, Wednesday (2/10/2019).
Later, Koh Brothers will market its products in Indonesia and Singapore.
He will also provide employment for Indonesia citizen.
"Not only provide employment, but produce workers who have the skills," Francis added.
Meanwhile, Vice Head of BP Batam Purwiyanto said Koh Brothers Group had completed all the necessary documents related to leasing land in Batam.
That way, the factory construction is ready to do.
Purwiyanto added, the time to lease land in Batam for 30 years.
This lease time can be extended by 20 years and can be extended again to 30 years.
Purwiyanto further said, the entry of Koh Brothers investment into Indonesia was a positive signal that investors were still interested of investing in Batam.
"Large investment certainly becomes a hope for all of us be able to encourage economic growth and the welfare of Batam citizen," he said.
