Safety Operation Called Operasi Patuh Seligi 2019 Starts Today, Here's The Target
Polda Kepri will conduct a safety patrol operation called "Operasi Patuh Seligi 2019" and will execute today, Thursday 29 August to 11 September 2019.
TRIBUNBATAM.id - Riau Islands Regional Police or Polda Kepri will conduct a safety patrol operation called "Operasi Patuh Seligi 2019".
Riau Islands Police Chief or Polda Kepri Kombes Roy Chandra explained that the Operasi Patuh Seligi 2019 will be execute today, Thursday 29 August to 11 September 2019.
Roy said, overall during the Operasi Patuh Seligi 2019, Polda Kepri and the ranks of Polres and Polresta, would deploy 297 Polri personnel.
"While in particular, Polda Kepri itself will deploy 70 personnel. Which will be assisted by Transportation Department of Riau Island and TNI personnel," said Roy, Thursday (08/29/2019)
There are a number of targets for the Operasi Patuh Seligi 2019 that will be penalized, specially for under age driver.
Furthermore, motorists who play cellphones while driving, vehicle speed exceeds speed limits, against the current, drivers are prohibited from consuming alcohol or drugs, carrying more than one passenger, using SNI helmets.
This is done to reduce traffic violations, and take precautions as early as possible.
For persuasive and enforcement the law of motorists to be disciplined, orderly and safe.
Roy explained, in this operation, 60 percent is for law action of the drivers and 20 percent is a precaution.
"And 20 percent of precautions if mistakes might not be included in the 8 categories of Operasi Patuh Seligi 2019 targets," he added. (tribunbatam.id/leo halawa)
