IPSI Batam Athlete Becomes General Champion of Governor Cup Event

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Association of Pesilat Throughout Indonesia (IPSI) for Batam City Branch be General Champion on Governor Cup Event which opened on October 19, 2019 in Batam.

In this event, Batam City IPSI athletes managed to get 9 gold 3 silver 5 bronze.

From that medal achievement IPSI Batam athlete managed to get general champion at Governor Cup event.

In the second position won athletes from IPSI Tanjungpinang with the acquisition of 3 gold medals, 3 silver and 8 bronze

While in the third position was filled by IPSI Athletes in Lingga Regency with acquisition of 3 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze.

The outstanding medal received appreciation from chairman of IPSI Batam city Hendrik, he said this was a blessing, because was not long ago he served as chairman of IPSI Batam.

"I feel grateful for the achievement of satisfying medal, especially since I recently served as chairman of IPSI Batam, said Hendrik on Tribunbatam.id on Tuesday (10/22/2019).

According to Hendrik, the victory that got by these silat athletes must be used as motivational event in order to continue increase capacity and potential.

So in the larger event they can get a satisfying throwing achievement like now.

"We are grateful for this victory as a result of the hard work from athletes so far but must not make us forget ourselves, also must continue to increase our capacity," said Hendrik
