GOOD NEWS! Ferry Boat in Anambas Increases by One, Check the Schedule and the Routes

TRIBUNBATAM.id - One of the sea transportation owners in Anambas will add transportation modes, namely the MV Asia Permai ferry with Tarempa-Jemaja and Jemaja-Tarempa routes.

While the MV Asia Indah ferry will later serve passengers destined for Tarempa-Kuala Maras which will operate from Thursday (11/14/2019). 

Tumin, the owner of the two vessels, said that the ferry's operating schedule will take effect on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. 

Sea transportation services are the needs of the Anambas Islands community. Because, it is known in advance, only one ferry boat serving the public to Jemaja, while the passenger quota is quite a lot. Considering the people heading for Jemaja were the passengers on the plane.

With the addition of this ferry, hopefully the community's needs will be met and properly accommodated. 

This ferry will later lean on the port of Padang Melang, if the waves are not high, however, if the waves are high, they will lean on the Port of Kuala Maras.

"The presence of MV Asia Permai does not interfere with MV Asia Indah's schedule, due to differences in schedule. For MV Asia Indah the schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, so it does not interfere with each other," Tumin explained.

The addition of ships is also prepared to overcome the weather conditions that will enter the North Wind season. It is hoped that there will be no disruption between intermodal sea and air transportation modes. The distance between Tarempa-Jemaja using the ferry is two hours by sea.
