Lion Air Presents Lion Entertainment As Entertainment On The Go

In accordance with business strategy, in the early stages Lion Air installed wireless devices on five Boeing 737-900ER planes consisting of PK-LFF, PK-LFG, PK-LFK, PK-LPF and PK-LPW registrations.

In the next period, Lion Entertainment services will be available throughout Lion Air fleet, which is planned to be installed in stages.

Lion Air optimizes the operation of aircraft types, consisting of 64 Boeing 737-900ER (215 economy class), 38 Boeing 737-800NG (189 economy class), three Airbus 330-300 (440 economy class) and two Airbus 330-900NEO (436 class economy).

Batam Aero Technic (BAT) will install the device as maintenance and repair center for Lion Air Group member.

The installation process has received certification from the regulator and follows the aircraft operating rules.

Each device installed on Lion Air fleet, carried out according to standard operating procedures, undergoes inspection and approval by Directorate of Airworthiness and Aircraft Operation (DKPPU), Ministry of Transportation of Republic Indonesia. (* / TRIBUNBATAM.ID / ALAMUDIN)
