TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - The number of medical personnel exposed to Corona in several health centers and hospitals throughout Batam City is increasing.
As of 9 September 2020, the number of health workers exposed to Covid-19 has reached 126 people. Seeing this, the Mayor of Batam, Muhammad Rudi, encouraged the public to strictly comply with health protocols.
According to him, there will be limits on the capacity of human resources in the medical and health fields in dealing with Covid-19 if health workers are increasingly exposed to the coronavirus.

If in the future more health workers are exposed to Covid-19, then the potential for stopping health services will be experienced.
So that health services are not disrupted, Rudi asked the hospital operations in Batam City to continue.
Meanwhile, several health centers are deliberately closed for sterilization and to cut the spread of the coronavirus. (*)
