TRIBUNBATAM.id - The government reported an additional 4,174 new cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.

Thus, until Thursday (1/10/2020), the total number of Covid-19 patients in Indonesia was 291,182 people.

Meanwhile, government data shows that the addition of new cases is spread across 34 provinces. 

According to data from the Covid-19 Handling Task Force, the highest increase was in DKI Jakarta, with 1,253 new cases. Next, West Java as many as 559 new cases.

Then, followed by East Java with 314 new cases, Central Java with 299 new cases, and Riau with 265 new cases. 

Meanwhile, cumulatively, the number of Covid-19 patients who were declared cured increased by 3,540, bringing the number to 218,487 people. 

Then, there were 116 additional cases of death from Covid-19. Thus, Covid-19 patients died to 10,856 people. 

To date, the government has examined 3,365,490 specimens from 2,023,990 people. And currently, there are 135,480 suspected cases of Covid-19

The Covid-19 case has spread in 497 districts / cities in 34 provinces. 

The following is the distribution of additional new cases of Covid-19, Thursday (1/10/2020):

1. DKI Jakarta: 1,253 new cases

2. West Java: 559 new cases

3. East Java: 314 new cases

4. Central Java: 299 new cases

5. Riau: 265 new cases

6. West Sumatra: 192 new cases

7. Bali: 141 new cases

8. East Kalimantan: 131 new cases

9. South Sulawesi: 119 new cases
