New Record, There are 315 Patients Recovering from Covid-19 in Batam in a Day

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - The number of patients who have successfully recovered from Covid-19 in Batam City has again increased by 315 people.

The addition of patients recovering from Corona was recorded for one day.

The Batam Covid-19 Task Force noted, until Wednesday (7/10/2020), the number of patients who recovered in Batam was 1,274 people. 

The latest data on Thursday (8/10/2020), there have been 1,589 people who have been declared cured of the Corona virus. That way, there are an additional 315 patients who recover in a day. 

The Head of Batam City Health Department, Didi Kusmarjadi, said the patient who was declared recovered was after undergoing treatment at several referral hospitals.

With the large number of patients who have recovered, Didi is sure that the development trend of the Covid-19 case in Batam is slowly starting to slope.

In addition, he also reminded Batam residents to pay attention to and apply health protocols during their activities.

From the records of the Task Force Team, the cumulative number of patients who were confirmed positive for Covid-19 in Batam was 1,804 people. 

With details, as many as 1,589 people of whom have recovered successfully, and 164 people are currently undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, 51 people were declared dead due to Covid-19. (*)
