Head of Telaga Punggur Domestic Port, Komaruddin, Saturday (07/04/2020) said there had been no significant increase in passengers at the port.

"Currently Departure from Batam to Tanjungpinang in every hour," he said.
Head of the port also said that the number of passengers on a ship had restrictions.

"We are limiting the number of passengers on the ship to implement the health protocol established by government," he said
Komaruddin conveyed that the limitation of passengers on board reached fifty percent of passengers on normal days.
"Usually in the 190s we now limit around 100 people to the maximum," he said.
At present it is said for every day there are 10 cruise trips from Batam to Tanjungpinang by commuting each day.
