BP Batam Involved on Batam Medical Blockchain Seminar in Singapore

This BMB seminar, dClinic also invited other Blockchain organizations to see how they can be integrated into BMB Eco-System.

At the end, it is expected to help provide greater value to the people of Indonesia and Singapore, and finally to the wider ASEAN region.

In line with Richard Satur, Managing Director of dClinic Indonesia, Stephen Moo encouraged organizations and providers of health service applications to integrate into BMB through the available APIs.

"Active and expansive Health Service Systems and Applications integrated into BMB will lead to more evidence-based health and fitness services for ASEAN region," said Mr Moo.

Meanwhile, Singapore GBA President Andrew Koh, in a panel session, said the progress made by Batam's BP Hospital (RSBP) was clearly advancing blockchain system in Batam.

"Batam as a pioneer of Blockchain will advance and have a good impact on Indonesia and of course ASEAN, especially in the field of medical tourism and other special services such as IVF," he said.

Deloitte Southeast Asia provides Governance and PMO for BMB Program. dClinic is building BMB based on its Private Healthcare Blockchain (PHB) platform.

BP Batam is the main supporter for this project. RSBP Batam partnered with dClinic to provide a delivery mechanism for consumers, health care organizations, professional clinical teams and care to interact through BMB.

While BP Batam's Data and Information System (PDSI) Center provides support to Deloitte Southeast Asia and dClinic, also to help create Batam Blockchain Infrastructure. (tribunbatam.id / Roma Uly Sianturi)
